Premiere elements wont let me activate it

I just bought it yesterday and used it for about 4 hours. I had signed in and used my serial code. I just tried to use it today and it's asking me to sign in and I have to type in my serial code. But, every time I do; it says that my code has been revoked. I'm assuming it's because I already used the code to use the app and I don't know why I'm signed out and I can't get back to my stuff. Please help.

Can you share the screenshot of message you are getting ?

Meantime, try launching the program by right-clicking on it and then selecting Run as Administrator. Then try to activate it.

Depending on how you buy, there can be a redemption code and a serial number.   The redemption code works once to get yo the serial number that you need to activate the program.  Don't get them mixed up and be sure you have the serial number saved somewhere.

You  need to contact support... I have read other messages recently about serial number problems with recent downloads

I contacted the adobe support team. Also what do you mean by they are impacted by the virus?
