Premire pro elements mp4 not exporting properly

I have premire pro elements 15 and it's been working fine. Yesterday I edited a video and exported it as a mp4 h.264 nothing out the ordinary.

However, when I went to upload it to YouTube it said that the file format was not recognisable even though it's an mp4 file.

I then went to watch the video back on my computer and it wouldn't play. It said that the file format is not recognised.

Expect the file is clearly an mp4. I've not played it with the settings. I have no idea why its not working.

It's saying it's an mp4 but nothing else is recognising it as an mp4 file.

Any one know why this is happening or any advice on how to fix it?

The answer is that there was not enough storage space on my hard drive for the files to be saved properly. I had to delete files to make space and it worked fine

There is no Premiere Pro Elements.

    You have Premiere Elements.
