Preview Video is upside down and balck and white

Hi, i imported my files and when I play them to edit they go black and white and upside down. when I pause the video they go back to normal, how can i fix this?

    Open your original in the free download MediaInfo. In MediaInso, set View to Text and then copy the report it displays and paste it to this forum.

     

    Once we know what's inside this video we'll better be able to recommend your next step.

     

    Also, it would be very helpful to know which version of the program you're using on what operating system.
