    You are rigth,

Actualy when I am adding photos in the time line and I press play to see the result. The cusor is moving along the time line from one picture to the other, but they images does not changes in the preview window.

I have a computer with a core i7, with sufficient memmory. And I did update to the latest version of Premier Element 10

I am wondering if I there is a setting that I changed, because it used to work when I first installed the software.

Premiere Elements 10 is very old by software standards.  It should run on a new i7 computer but there may be mysterious conflicts with with Windows 10.

However the first things to check are 1) the hardware acceleration choice in preferences, 2) the preview quality choice in preferences, 3) the project settings, 4) if your media matches the project settings and 5) if an orange line is showing above the timeline suggesting a need for preview rendering.

I would love to try helping.  But without a lot more detail nobody can begin to guess.
