Hi everyone,

I installed a trial version of Premiere and Photoshop Elements, after a week a bought the full version. I got my serial number and everything, but the trial version is still on (so on the videos I still have the black line). It anyone know how to change the trial version or where to find the table for writing the serial number? The table didn´t open anywhere after buying the full version. Thank you very much!

Help > Sign in from the menu and enter your serial number.

You will have a separate serial number for Premiere Elements and Photoshop Elements.

After entering the serial number and activating the PRE or PSE. You need to do below things:

1. Restart the application

2. If you still seeing the watermark black line then Click timeline -> Delete rendered files (Shown in below image)

The trial version is the full version.  The "black line" was embeded in the automatic preview files because of the absence of the purchased serial number.   The black line should not show up on any output videos once the serial number has been applied.

To get rid of it in an existing project, you should be able to "Delete Rendered Files" in the Timeline menu.  That should force new preview files.
