problem with 2 pm4 files

Hi community I'm creating a movie with jpeg and mp4 elements. In the middle of my movie 2 mp4 elements sparkle and i cannot correct it. Someone who can help please  kind regards didier

What is different about the 2 'sparkle' files?

Exactly what is INSIDE the video you are editing?
