Problem with downloading the software.

The download link for Adobe Premiere Elements 2021 (Windows 10 64-bit) is not responding. Does anyone know this problem too? How can it be solved? Thank you. Incidentally, the link for Mac works.

shows an error message with its download function. Other links work against
it.

Hello.
My problem is solved.
Via the Support-chat I was able to explain to the Adobe editor that the actual link on the German download site is actually broken and isn't a Bowser problem. The following two links work for Adobe Premiere 2021 (Win 64):
