Problem with dream effect in Adobe Premiere Elements 15

Hello,

Could you please share little bit more details on the issue you are facing?

• On what type of video clip (format/size) you are trying to apply the "Dreamy" effect? (my videos are of type HD, MP4 or M2T ( + - 6 to 12 GB))

• Are you using Quick or Expert space of Premiere Elements? ( I use Expert mode in Premiere Elements)

• What OS are you on? ( I use as IOS Windows 8,1)

• Does the program simply freeze on clicking the Dream icon or you are trying to drag/drop it as well? (The program freezes by clicking on the Dream icon and trying to drag and drop it too? But mostly drag and drop!)
