Problem with open Adobe Premiere Elements 2023

Hi,

 

I am trying to help my brother. He didn´t buy the software online, he went to a store in Sweden and just bought the code for the bundle with both Premiere and Photoshop elements and he got problem when the 30 day trial was over.

 

I have manage to register both software on his Adobe account. But when I try to open Premiere on the elements startscreen I get two options: Buy now or Activate now. When I choose Activate now I got the option to log in to Adobe. When I do that I get a spinning circle and the messege that it is finished. But then nothing happens. And when I try again same thing happens. I have no idea what to do.

I've manage to solve it. The issue was his adobe account. It had no password. Now Premiere Elements works fine.
