Problem with saving to DVD (Premier 12)

After starting to burn, I get an error message ' \Vobulator\BlockPlanner\BlockPlanner.app line 215'

I have reloaded software, but still no good.

Any ideas?

Do you have a blank spot on your timeline in which there is no video?

Do you have a stop marker at the end of your timeline?

Both of these can trigger errors.

If not, how long is your movie? Do you get the same result if you use a different DVD menu template?

What operating system do you have? What processor do you have with how much RAM?
