Les problèmes de blocage du logiciel par intermittence ou de non réponse du logiciel et le problème de son

 

Blocage du logiciel par intermittance, ou le logiciel ne répond plus. En plus le son ne fonctionne pas.

ne sont toujours pas résolus.

Le problème est plus compliqué que prévu.

Le logiciel fonctionne sur mon ordinateur de bureau, mais pas sur mon ordinateur portable  HP Spectre x360 15-eb 1994nz  convertible 2 en 1

 

Intermittently blocking the software, or the software is no longer responding. In addition the sound does not work.

Intermittent software freezing or software unresponsive issues and sound issue are still not resolved.

The problem is more complicated than expected.

The software works on my desktop PC, but not on my HP Specter x360 15-eb 1994nz 2-in-1 convertible laptop                                        JPG -1417 CH

There are multiple issues here. Software is blocked, not responding and the sound problem.

Can you share a specific workflow where the software freezes.

Does it happen with a simple project with a single clip in timeline also?

Your machine specs are good enough to work on Premiere Elements. Please try out again after disabling Anti-virus software to check if it help. (restart antivirus after verifying). Also close other programs running in your machine to check if the performance improve now.

it would be great if you can share a small video demonstating the problem.

Preferences / Audio hardware : Speaker (Realtek ® audio) (Not working)

Adobe First Element 2022 (Sound OK)

Preferences / Audio hardware : Speaker (Realtek ® audio)

Why this difference ?

Most likely laptop is not able to handle the software. Stick to the PC.

Intermittent blocking or unresponsive problem of the "Adobe first item 2022" software and no sound.

Ann bens, that's a little easy as an answer! NO ?

I believe it is the software which can not handle HP Specter x360 15 eb convertible 2 in 1 Laptop PC and latest version of Win 10 pro
