Problems import new files premiere elements

If I start a new project and import a video, premiere elements works fine. It has one audio en one video line. If I import a second video, the video is cut into a couple of audio and video line. So premiere elements doesnt work right and sound doesn't work anymore. Woensdag i imported the second video the question to change settings does not show off. I tried it with different types of videos. 

Does someone know the solution?
