problems with export in Premiere elements 2021

what does this message mean? what can I do? comes up when export should be completed. tried different export qualities.

I'm not sure this will do anything but it might. Try turning off hardware acceleration and the GPU support. It won't make much difference on a short video.

Hi, thanks for answering. This did not help, though. Som more space on C drive did...will be back if more problems

Hi Steve, thanks for you great book by the way
my c disc has 58 GB space, the film is 4 minutes long. I tried to cut the
film into smaller pieces,
but the same reslut.
I can not tick the box for the use of GPU even though I have the right
graphics card...

The problem you describe is usually caused by a lack of free space on your C drive. 58 Gigabytes is not very much space, but I'm surprised you can not even output such a short movie. If it is possible to clear more space from that C drive, that may solve your problem. (I try to keep 100 gb free, and it may also help to defragment the drive to give you a larger block of free space.) If not, maybe someone else has a solution.
