I know that this is not much space but until now it was enough.

I used normal media as ever without problems. The export on disk of the video I prepared in the editor works without problems. But when I start the preview in the editor, the program does not react also when after this I want to close the window. After a while it answers, that the program does not react and asks if I want to close it and probably data get lost. I suppose, that probably this problem appears after I installed a converter “video-converter-ultimate” for to convert video from h.264 to h.265. I used this one time. Thereafter I used premiere elements and this problem I described appears. Then uninstalled this converter, but this problem with premiere elements still remains. If this has something to do with another, I don’t know. I don’t know, which software premiere use during the preview.
