Project won't export Premier Elements 202w

I've never had this happen. Only one clip in project & some png files. Already rebooted. Help! Does Variable frame rate detected mean anything? Earlier projects that were recorded the same have different general settings. How can I change?

Thanks for your interest. Sorry about the late reply as I was out of town.
It's funny. It says something like Export failed. But it loads to Vimeo! And it doesn't save the mp4 file to my hard drive. And yes, there is room on my hard drive. Your thoughts?
