Projekt doesn't open

Hello,

I need a little help.

I worked on a video project with adobe premiere elements 14, when the programm have an error. So I had to close the open project.

Since that time, I can't open the project again. It looks like the programm load tis projekt, but than it's freezing by 89 % of the loading balg.

Is it possible to restore this video?
