I cannot deactivate old computer and it wont allow me to install on new one... helpdesk says I need to post it here because "Support is no longer available for your product version. Phone and chat support is not available for free or discontinued software or services. You are welcome to visit our Community Support Forum:... how am I supposed to install it? Help? It wont accept my serial number because it says I have already installed it on 2 computers.... when I go into my account to deactivate there is nothing there in the section to deactivate....???

When you can't deactivate a serial number
BE SURE TO ONLY ASK FOR ACTIVATION SUPPORT TO ADJUST YOUR ACTIVATION COUNT
You may need to PERSIST or TRY AGAIN to find a support agent with more experience

 

Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link
