PSE2020 - Application Manager fehlt oder beschädigt

Question

Habe nach Absturz PSE2020 neu installiert, vorher Adobe komplett runtergemacht. Beim Starten von Editor kommt jetzt die Meldung:

'Zum Starten der Testversion ist Adobe Application Manager erforderlich. Die Anwendung fehlt jedoch oder ist beschädigt. Laden Sie eine neue Kopie von AAM vom http://www.adobe.com/go/applicationmanager_de herunter'

Unter dem Link kommt CreativeCloud und kein AAM.

Organiser funktioniert normal, nur der Fotoeditor nicht.

Habe testweise PSE2021 galaden, da funktioniert beides, nur PSE2020 spinnt. Was mache ich falsch?

Windows 10 / 64bit.

You should qualify for online support with Adobe technitions via an online chat.  There should be a link in the help menu for that.  Adobe techs can isolate the problem for you.   If the link is not there in the help menu, try https://helpx.adobe.com.  To start the session click on the round, floating icon in the lower right corner.
