purchased version adobe elements 2021 displays trial version

I have Adobe Elements 2021; however, for the past few weeks, I have only been able to use the program in the trial version. I have reinstalled the product, but the problem persists. I purchased the Adobe Elements program with a serial number.

    Heeft waarschijnlijk te maken met recente update, kan wel inloggen en mijn serienummer van product is ook gewoon zichtbaar. Weet iemand een oplossing hiervoor of dat ik de meest recente update ongedaan kan maken (nieuwe installatie is niet gelukt)

    Based on past discussions (no direct experience of my own with this problem) your install is somehow corrupted

    This will ONLY work if you have the install program

    If you did not buy on a disc and you did not save the download

    Log in to your Adobe account and click this link https://account.adobe.com/products
    -there should be a download link as well as your serial number

     

    1 - deactivate from help to release the activation on Adobe’s server

    2 - uninstall the program

    3 - run the cleaner to remove all vestiges of the program

    4 - do a completely fresh install, entering your serial number when asked

    Go to Help > Sign in from the Editor mwnu.

    Does it allow you to sign in?

    I bought & installed Premiere Elements 2021 in November 2020 and have had zero registration problems on Windows 11 so **something** has happened to the license on your computer… have you done a major hardware change?
