Question regarding PSE 2018 video creation

Hello all,
I am hopeful someone can help me with this question.
I have created a video from still photos with music and titles.
It is for my brothers celebration of life ceremony and my plan is to use it 

instead of hanging photos of my brother.
The issue I am having is I need to have the video run on a loop, so that when it ends, it goes back and starts over and

over again.  
I am using a Windows 10 PC to display the video.
I cannot find a way to loop the video.
Any ideas, thoughts or experience with this.

    You will have to set the player to loop.

    You can't loop in Premiere Elements.
