Just switched to Premiere Elements 2019 on Windows and when I select DVD as my destination,

I just get the blue twirl of nothing-ness. Meaning, I get no Resolution, Format, or Quality controls.

My internal burner is an HP bd340.

Thanks for the help!

There are three parts to your issue Steve.  Windows updates, drivers for your burner and Premiere Elements.  They need to work together and are not.   If I were to guess, it would be that a Windows update created a conflict with the driver for the burner.

As a current customer using version 2019 you have access to chat support where Adobe techs can remotely access your computer and investigate a solution.   The link:  Contact Customer Care

Thanks, I swapped out with another burner (different brand) and it works.

We are having another issue with all of the Premiere Elements 2019 softwares

on different computers. We copy and paste the VTS files from DVDs and 2019

doesn't see the audio. 2014 sees the audio just fine. It's not until we run the .mpg

files through a conversion program that the audio is recognized in 2019.

By the way, it's not just this one DVD. It's from others as well.

    Please advise.

    Thanks

I'm confused by your workflow and version numbers.  It appears that with changes to agreements between Dolby, Apple (Quicktime), Microsoft and others, Adobe has changed what audio codecs work and how they are provided.   As a user, I don't know what they are.

Adobe only targets video editing capabilities at footage from current consumer cameras.   Based only on participation in this forum, it seems that any editing of other formats, like found on DVDs or from conversion programs, is accidental.

Maybe someone else can help you, but I have no idea how to "fix" version 2019 to do what you are doing.
