RE installing/or downloading premiere elements after a major os crash.

People I need your help reinstalling Premiere Elements 2021 after I had Windows 10 re-installed. I'm not sure of the correct procedure.

    If it were me, I would download the installation file from the Adobe website, run it and enter your serial number.   The website suggests it is a 'trial', but is the real thing and will accept your serial number.

      Move from Premiere Elements (Japan) to Premiere Elements (English).
