Re: No audio on Youtube.

I uploaded a video that I created with Adobe Premiere Elements 2018, to utube.  It worked fine before I uploaded it.  I went to utube to watch it and the audio was gone for the entire thing.  I had my headset still plugged in while I was uploading it, could that have taken away the audio?  How can I fix this?

Check the little "sound" icon at the bottom of the YouTube and make sure 1) it's off mute, and 2) the YT volume is high enough.

Assuming other videos do play on YouTube (which would confirm it's not a hardware setting on your computer) -- Did you add music to this video?

YouTube WILL censor music in your videos if it sees its use as a copyright violation.

Depends on what kind of copywrite music.

You get a notice in the Creator Studio

I have several and are allowed under certain conditions.

A plugged in headset does not affect uploading.

Upload again and make sure the audio is on in the timeline.
