Why can I not drag the end to change the duration? See the horizontal red line in the below screen shot? It doesn't allow. I've seen YouTube videos of people dragging the end points, and all of my Google searches on how to change duration say to drag the end point.

Motion titles are a fixed length. Unlike traditional titles, they can't be shortened or extended.
