Hi

I'm having problem with importing my recorded video. When I import .mp4, it shows me a red screen http://prntscr.com/f179xg , please help.

    What version of the program are you running on what operating system? If you are Windows, have you manually gone to the nVidia or ATI web sites to ensure you have the latest drivers for your graphics card?

    What model of camcorder is your video coming from? What is the format and resolution of this video?
