Reduce noise

I have a trial version of Premiere Elements 2021 and want to clean up a grainy video. The help video says to go to FX find reduce noise and drag to video. I can't find reduce noise, is this available on the trial download?

The Reduce Noise effect is found in the Advanced Adjustments category.

The trial download should have the same tools as the licensed version.
