Refund after paying twice for Elements today - how to get a refund?

Hi,

As mentioned in the subject,  I inadvertantly purchased a second license today after having purchased one on 12/26/2021.  How can I get a refund for the inadvertant purchase?

You have 30 days to get a refund on Premiere Elements.  Best way is to start a 'chat' with customer support here:  https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen

 

You may need to be patient due to covid shortages and the holiday rush.
