Attempting to reinstall Photoshop/Premiere Elements 2020.  Photoshop Elements installs without error.  Premiere Elements does not.  Windows 10 ver. 20H2, Nvidia drivers up-to-date.  Install.log attached.

How to I manually uninstall Premiere Elements 2020 (as the error message indicates)?

These error code 191 steps seem to apply to Creative Cloud.  The software I am having problems with is Photoshop/Premiere Elements 2020.
