Reinstalled Windows and lost my Adobe Premiere Elements 2020..can i get it back?

Hello there Community..so i buyed adobe premiere elements 2020 last year..ive got serial key ..but 2 days ago i reinstalled my widnows and lost everything on it..is it possible to find download link and put the serial key i got lost year to get it again?thank you in advance
