Reinstalling Adobe Premiere Elements 11

Hi, in 2011 i purchased adobe premiere elements 11 (download) and because I reinstalled my compiuter, I also hacve to rinstall adobe.

Can i just download this program again and using serial number I recieven in 2011?

Yes, but you may want to use the chat option here and ask to have your activations reset:

I can add that you are allowed two computers. So, you may not need to reset with Adobe until you want to use a third computer.
