Rendering, Export Projekt stops

I need your help:

The movie is cut and should be exported. The process is aborted after a maximum of 13 minutes without an error message. The resolution of the movie has no influence. The movie is exported with medium quality. The program freezes and must be terminated via the task manager.

    Can you provide more information about your computer, graphics processing system, disc space, operating system and source video files?  As an owner of a current version, you also have access to an online chat system where they can remotely troubleshoot your system.  https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
