Rendering not functioning

Hello, I have a problem in Premiere Elements 2021, I cannot activate the function "render" anymore. When clicking on it, it just starts reading the project, but no rendering. No green line, neither red one...

Do not count on Windows to be fully up to date when it comes to device drivers
Go to the vendor site to be sure you have an updated driver for your graphic adapter

If there is no colored line there is no need to render.

If you do want to render for playback sake put the work area bar over your footage and hit Render work area bar.

Hi Ann, 

Thanks for your quick answer.

I had tried as you suggested, both using the menu command or the button at top of the timeline. It was the way I always did in the past, and it worked perfectly.

Indeed, I want to render for export. Even when I play the movie, I have some clips which are not read properly (jerky movie), for instance inverted speed clips.

How about some details?

 

Mac or Windows and exactly which version?

Have you upgraded your version to 2021.4?

Hardware information, especially video card and driver version?

Thanks for your prompt reply. Here are some info:

- Windows 10, 64 bits, 22H2

- Version 2021.4 installed

- Intel i7-7500U CPU 2,7GHz (4 CPU)

- Graphic card: Intel(R) HD Graphics 620

Sorry, which driver version do you mean?
