Repeating audios in every cut

Hi,

Something weird just happened to my Premiere 2020. Pls see attached images. Every clip is automatically inserted on the same timeline with repeating audio - A1, A, A3 ... A6 - as you can see in the picture.  Also, right click to "insert to timeline" on a video clip gives 4 duplicate copies. I uninstalled/installed the program but it didn't correct anything. What can I do to correct this?
