How can I ask a question about adobe premiere elements 12?
I want to digitize VHS cassettes with a SCART to USB adapter, but this adapter is not recognized by adobe premiere elements 12.

It does work with studio 11 program

Premiere Elements does not include facilities for capturing digital or tape-based video. You'll need to capture video with third-party software that records the video in a format Premiere Elements can edit.
