Scegliere la miniatura immagine che descrive un video

Con Premiere Elements 2018 è possibile scegliere la miniatura che rappresenta un video? In internet ho trovato una modalità di post produzione video che utilizza VLC e Itunes. Si può fare meglio? Grazie, Gigi.

One work-around if you're using YouTube as a destination, is to use Photoshop Elements to make a banner 1900 x 1080. Once you've uploaded your video to YouTube, you will see three sample Thumbnails from your video. A fourth choice is "Custom thumbnail" (2mb or less.) Choose "Custom thumbain" and upload your banner/thumbnail.

    No. That cannot be done in Premiere Elements.
