Scene Markers, Menus, and writing to DVD gone in 2023

I have been a Premiere Elements and Photoshop Elements user for years, using the Scene Markers, Menus and writing to DVD.  When I upgraded to 2023 I had no idea they were removing these items.  Usually upgrades add features, not remove them without telling us.  I feel cheated.  Markers still show up but don't work.  I spent two weeks with customer support trying to resolve the issue before I was told they are gone and they still need to fix the display so it doesn't show up on the screen.

So, I guess we can only export our creation and find another product to create scenes, menus, and write to disk?  Any product suggestiong for doing this?
