Screen recordings don't sync audio

When I put something from Bandicam or the Windows 10 Xbox recorder into Premiere Elements, the audio almost always eventually separates its sync with the video by seconds.

I think this has to do with framerate. Is there a way around it?

    Most likely your video is using a Variable Frame Rate. (You can confirm this by opening the video in the free download MediaInfo and setting View to Text and reading the report.)
