Screenrec video quality lost when exporting from Adobe Premiere Elements - help!

Can anyone help?

I used Screenrec to record audio and screen recording video which is full-screen and clear in the original file, but comes out unuseable after rendering and exporting after editing audio in Adobe Premiere Elements.

As far as I can tell the files types and export sizes/bitrate are compatible... but I am new to this.
