Separating clips

I just purchased Premier Elements 2020. I have digital copies (files) of my old super 8 videos, there are as many as 18 in each videos in each file . How doe I pull out each one, title and save separately?

    There are "Work Area Bars" that can set the beggining and end of a section.  Then output or Export and there is a check box for Work Area only.
