I am seeing videos that talk about "sequence" (I want to do a collage), but I don't see how to create one in Premiere Elements 2023. What am I missing here??

Were those videos specifically about Premiere Elements, or Premiere Pro?

I've been bouncng around a lot today trying to do this, I THINK Premier Elements 2023, but not certain. Bing/ChatGPT tell me that sequence should be there in Premiere 2023, see attached, but I don't see it in my version (Windows).

Prehaps I am going in the wrong direction? I just want to create a collage...
