Serial number already in use

I had to have the motherboard on my PC replaced.

When I came to launch Elemets I had to sign in and input the serial number.

I then got the messag:-

'The serial number is already in use by the maximum allowed computers. You need to deactivate another computer to use this product.'

Obviously not able to do that so any advice would be very welcome.

When you can't properly deactivate a serial number

BE SURE TO ONLY ASK FOR ACTIVATION SUPPORT TO ADJUST YOUR ACTIVATION COUNT
You may need to PERSIST or TRY AGAIN to find a support agent with more experience

Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
Do be aware that wait times are sometimes long before an agent responds

Thanks for that.

I didn't mention that when I close the error message I am able to use Premiere Elements as normal.

I'd just like to get rid of the error message permanently.

As far as I know you have 30 days and then the program will stop working

 

You need to get your activation count reset so you may activate with the serial number
