Shake Reduction Error on Export Premier Elements 2018

The help discussions said if I had shake reduction on any clip before 2018 I was stuck.  But I do have 2018, and I reloaded the clip from Media.

Now still not exporting or rendering.  No clips show the error message, since I replaced the one that did.  Still no exporting.
