Sharing videos with Apple TV

Hi,

I am using Premiet Elements 2019. I am able to share photos and photo albums with Apple TV using ITunes Home Sharing. Can I share videos too?  How can I do this?  

In ITunes when I select File > Home Sharing > Choose Photos to Share with Apple TV ... I see a selection to include videos when I select Pictures in the pull-down. See first image.  I don't have the selection when I select Photoshop Elements in the pull down. See second image.
