Does anyone know why I'm stuck on this screen after I signed into Adobe Premiere Elements?

Has it worked OK previously on that computer?

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?
If NVIDIA, do a clean installation of the 517.40 Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver).

Another question is what version of Premiere Elements are you using?
