I have done the google verification sign on process and still get this message when I try to upload a video to Youtube.  Any ideas?  I tried to upload directly to Youtube but I'm guessing the format isn't set up as its won't upload.

"I don't think Premiere Elements 13 allows export."

Yes, it does.

Does Priemier Rush allow you to export? Tried it on my iPad and can't find the option.

On a whim, Google can and will change their protocols without telling anybody.

The way around it is to export a quality final video and use YouTube's uploader.  An advantage is that you can review what you've made before the world sees it.  Total time is about the same.

Me too. This is very frustrating as one of the things that I was expecting with getting access to the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite was the have all of the ease and usability that comes with it. I am trying to use Adobe Premiere Rush to sign into my YouTube Account and directly upload there within the ap and I get this same error code.

I would think that Adobe's apps were signed... looking for an update on this
