slash key problem

Using Elements Premiere 14, slash key does not slide all clips into view when pressed.  It worked when first installed program.  Have deleted and reinstalled program and still no results.  Same problem is showing up on computer lab where I teach.

    Try the back slash instead of the slash.  There is also an on screen button you can push with the mouse.

    Bill is right. The back slash is the key right above the Enter key.
