Slideshow enhancements

- function only allows canned themes. I want to create a show with photos showing one after the other without and changes to the presentation. The captions do not show-up on the slides after being input. Slide duration and sequence duration can not be changed. Old programs allowed me to manipulate thr slideshow presentation.

I'm not sure what you mean by writing "old programs allowed me to manipulate the slideshow presentation".

The Organizer has a slide show generator that I have never used. For me, the 'perfect' slideshow program is an "NLE" video editor.

All video editors that I know of, including Premiere Elements, do it. Little, if anything is automated. You put the still images on the timeline, adjust each as you see fit, add titles where you want them and finally output a video file slide show. There are plenty of controls, transitions and effects for you to do exactly what you want.
