Some files no longer compatible after Mac upgrade

I have Premier Elements 10. I upgraded my Mac to Sierra 10.12.6. Some files still load in Elements, but some return the message "This project is not compatible with current version of Premier Elements". Any ideas? Thank you.

Another Sierra issue. Sierra and High Sierra are really causing strange behavior with Adobe products.
