Sound is coming and going

Dear all,

in my video project I'm filming with an iphone x with the App "FilmicPro". I downloaded the files in premiere elements 2019. I can see the videoclips and I can hear the sound, when freshly imported. When I'm working with the clips, there is no sound from time to time in all the clips (but I can see the sound line all the time). What can I do, what's wrong?

I'm looking forward for your answers and hope, that anyone could help me - That's extremely annoying.

Apple or PC? Can you put up screen shots of the audio choices in Preferences?

I'm working on a PC (Windows 10). Here I sent a screenshot with the properties of one clip. They have all the same properties. Today, again I started Premiere Elements and sound was there. Then I cut a clip and any sound was gone.
