Question

Stucked with activation problem after changing HDD and reinstalling Premiere elements

Hi support team and community,

I just reinstalled Premiere elements after having done a lift of my configuration (new CPU + new SSD as a replacement for my old HDDs) and Premier elements is saying that the serial number is already in use on another PC.

Do NOT post screenshot containing serial number. [mod]

I checked my adobe account and no device is listed as activated.

How can I go and activate my new config ?

Help from support would be welcome.

Regards,

Nicolas

Are you using the same installation media as the original installation?

First try to run the program as an administrator. If that doesn't fix the problem, let us know and we'll tell you how to contact Adobe Customer Care.
